And just like that, Link node fees are set in USD.
And just like that, Link node fees are set in USD
token not needed
Wow , more nothingburger "news"
Imagine still holding this scam lmao
Can't tell if bait or if OP is legitimately retarded.
>3 years
>$650 million
>random number generator
3 years and you get this? kek
I know this is just low level fud to help you pass the time, but I would just like to say the token is needed to participate in the network and all this does is what EVERY blockchain ultimately will do which is help the user bypass figuring out how to acquire tokens. This is the beginning of blockchain going mainstream and becoming a part of every normies life while they don't even know it's happening.
>No, Kelly, I totally bought those Prada shoes with US dollars
>Yes Stacey but my pathetic engineering co-worker Gary said that what's actually happening is you buy LINK with your USD and then LINK is used to pay for the smart contract which guaranteed your Prada shoes were in stock and could be delivered to you
>Oh wow, Gary is pretty smart huh
>Yea, totally
>Gary bought a lot of LINK didn't he?
>He did, yea! He's pretty cute I think...
>Yea, he's so hot.
TOKEN
NOT
NEEDED
Still better than going from paypal 2.0 to a fishing app
Can someone on this board please build something that both uses this broken shit token and generates at least one real dollar per year doing something completely unrelated to the delusion powered eth vaporware ecosystem? Just once, if like to see a single link thread that wasn't the emperor's new clothes.
seething
This has nothing to do with chainlink
Token quite literally needed. It is an erc-677 (of which link is the only one) which has a call & transfer function, which is absolutely necessary for telling nodes what data to get and how to format as the same time as you pay them. Retard. It'd be two transactions for every request otherwise. Imagine being this retarded.
2 years
I think they managed to write a JSON parser too
In your sad little mind, Kelly and Stacy are clearly vapid, stupid, and materialistic. However, Prada shoes cost around $500. Tracy is clearly in gainful employment if she can afford designer shoes with her disposable income. She probably earns more than you, and dresses impeccably too.
Not even remotely an argument. Show me a single instance of link doing real work (not some bullshit crypto sleight of hand) for any amount of real money, for a non cryptosphere entity, and I'll never "fud" again. PROMISE.
>Fake partnerships or theoretical mumbo jumbo need not apply.
>Show me a single instance of link doing real work
Synthetix, Aave, bZx, ...
You’re supposed to invest in companies BEFORE they become mainstream, retard. If you only bought Chainlink after they’d already started to be used by legacy systems like the global financial markets they are aiming for you wouldn’t make any money.
Case in point: low IQ idiots only bought link *after* the google partnership. Truly smart money bought at 50c, anticipating such developments in future.
Thus, those who have already accumulated, and even those buying now, in anticipation of future mass adoption, are smart, unlike you, who won’t see the value in Chainlink until it’s already mooned and adopted. By then it will be too late for you.
>not some bullshit crypto sleight of hand
Failed. Take another swing. Please. I want to believe. Get me there.
Based biz user performing due diligence on a baseless and purely hypothetical scenario
>google partnership
>Fake partnerships or theoretical mumbo jumbo need not apply.
Want to try again?
Little does he know I am actually DaJohnson and I fucked his girlfriend with my boys last night.
kek, literal WHO garbage
And wallah
After the VRF release all data that comes into the blockchain are completely randomized and aggregated, giving the best data results possible. if anything this BTFO staking, as it makes it irrelevant. Why would anyone pay for collateral, when that data is already fully protected. This brings up the question, what value does the token bring ?
Absolutely buttblasted.
>Why would anyone pay for collateral, when that data is already fully protected.
Nothing is ever "fully protected" you dip.
They display price in usdt but the payment is in link retard
You missed the point of my post, poor reading comprehension. Let me tell you again: if you only invest in something AFTER it has mooned you won’t make any money. You have to be willing to take a risk. The risk here is that Chainlink doesn’t deliver - you clearly think it will never deliver, but we are already seeing development and adoption in fringe industries like DeFi, and soon, gaming.
The fact that Chainlink is still really just setting up the stage for mainstream smart contract adoption is not FUD, lol.
If you had the ability to analyse the available information and predict what will happen in the future - like Chainlink investors do - you would be up by tens of thousands of dollars like those of us who bought under 50 cents. ;-)
So really truly nothing. Not s single real dollar worth of work has been done with this in 3 years. Unbelievably pathetic.
There's probably 10-20 anons itt lurking willing to recant all previous fud, if you can show a single real dollars worth of work, and we get
>u mad?
memes
Et voula
The most basic thing that nodes can do to screw something up is just shut their nodes down. So no, staking is not irrelevant. A node with 10k link staked has more to lose by shutting its node down than a node with no link staked.
>erc-677
lmao
I'm so happy I dumped this at $4.50 and re-bought at $1.80 TWICE. hahaha. Free money! Now I have 400,000 LINK and 5x my initial cashed out. I also bought like 5M UND. Based sergey autism.
Sure you did, larper
R u me? We in same village Mumbai?
CHAINLINK BAD
CHAINLINK FUCKING BAAAAADDDDD
So fucking sad... I'll lower the bar. Show me where chainlink has done a single American penny worth of work for a company or even an individual. Again, moving around fake money, or verifying useless data, in the crypto world not accepted.
A single real world instance of use.
When Chainlink/smart contracts are adopted by legacy systems (non DeFi etc), will you be convinced, and buy in, then? Because you’ll be priced out by then.
There is no scenario where legacy industries adopt this new way of working BEFORE crypto start ups like AAVE and other DeFi. Big players will allow small startups to take on all the risk of adopting a new technology.
What you’re asking is fundamentally a stupid question, is what I’m getting at. Because by the time your criteria for worthiness are fulfilled, you will be priced out, and buying my bags at $50.
