Whenever I try to improve in something I am overwhelmed by my lack of understanding. This is a recurring problem. It's like I can't stop thinking about how much I suck. My problems just get bigger and bigger and seem more insurmountable by the day.

I'm just a coward. I was paralyzed by analysis and scared of risks. Never had confidence in any endeavor, never stuck to anything long enough so that it could bear some results. Instead I either procrastinated or chased pleasure.
