My productivity has gone to shit working from home, same for several of my colleagues. Remote working will be more common, but it's not going to be super widespread.

We've all seen how pajeets handle electricity. I'm safe and comfy. I think your problem was spending thousands of dollars on knowledge that can be learned in a few weeks with an internet connection.

this is despite having a billion dollar IT infrastructure which handles remote work easily

I work for 2 MERCEDES MARXISTS in Australia and theres about 20 or so cases in my city, and they're expecting that we'll be working from home for a year still. This is the most comfiest time of my life. I'm saving 650 a week... that's like 300 dollars US LMAO

There was a big rush for pajeets in the 2000's but it's now been recognized as a folly. The decent pajeet worker is a rarity, most are poorly educated, can barely communicate with their management in the US, and shit out bad work that doesn't fit the requirements.

You may save money by paying them $9/hour, but 3 pajeets will put together worse work and will be functionally incapable of offering support for a product that 1 $30/hr. American could do. It's a headache and not worth the overhead, while they can be used for the occasional non-essential job the core of any IT staff still needs to be better trained, communicable Americans.

The key is to bring the Pajeet to America and get your staff to train them, then replace the trainers with an up skilled Pajeet. You can offer the Pajeet 50% the pay because he needs a job to not be deported and gets way more than he would in India.

My company basically got to replace it's entire IT staff by making them train a Chang and Pajeet team that replaced them and works for way less, and can't leave their jobs. It's fucking great.

Same with trades. Being a plumber or pipe fitter does not require a high IQ. Tradie wages are held up by licensing laws and rent seeking. We're busting our unions here and redoing licensing laws. Construction costs are going to plunge once we get Pedro doing all the trades.

This is why I have high hopes for the markets. To speed recovery, they will pass more tax cuts and losen migration. This will drive margins way up.

This. I worked for one of the big four accounting firms a while back and the pajeets were constantly putting out garbage that was done wrong. We ended up having to have a team dedicated to fixing what they did.

Work from home is actually going to save companies tons of money. They can pay people in rural areas $12/hr and they won't complain when the same job might pay $30 in the city.

Once Chang and Pajeet immigration is unlocked, I expect average IT salaries to settle around $50-60k. We really need to get trade licenses unlocked to get those down to $40kish, which is a natural level with unrestricted supply.

This will happen and it will be extremely bullish for markets.

Municipal and state budgets need to be allowed to fail to clear out unions and pensions. This will cause short term pain but massively reduce future tax needs.

The big risk is the plebs going full retard and voting for Bernie types and/or closing borders. I think this is low probability though. Once we get to 50% White, people will be so divided on race that there is little chance of a comprehensive plan to stop migration, or redistribute wealth.

Evening the US will have debt issues but cutting Social Security and other entitlements easily fixes that without a need to raise taxes.

No one has pensions now (thank God) so all their wealth is in the market. They'll see that soar with these changes so I think they'll be ok. Plus that helps push asset values higher.

Everything from Covid is bullish. We just need to make sure migration gets expanded to stop a labor shortage and that regulations are cut. Trump will do both, Biden will do the migration but not regulations so Trump is the obvious horse to back.

I am a technology recruiter for the German market and I'm not worried of my job being replaced anytime soon by one of them. Some tasks, sure, the dummy shit nobody wants to do.

The good thing about people from India is that their english accent is atrocious, and they're extremely rude. In general, yes. They're from a culture where you're either completely subservient, or the unchallenged emperor in social situations. They're unable to be nice and still direct on a professional level.

At least most of them, and the smart ones go into engineering, so I'll still make money off getting them hired.
