I dont believe this is a pnd. This is the accumulation phase. pot tickets did the same thing before legalization. WEED in particular hovered around 3-3.50 until it was legalized and it jumped another 2000%. Yes you can make profit short term, but I am in this for the long haul. Im looking at 2-3 years before I look to sell.
