Vitalik clearly hates Sergey. Or he's extremely butthurt that Link doesnt conform to his autistic vision of what a cryptographic solution is. As Link solves the Oracle problem with decentralised system of oracles, Vitalik is rejecting it.
Vitalik wants an Oracle that is pure cryptographic, which is impossible. You cannot connect the analogue to the digital world cryptographically in a blockchain environment. However, his autistic crypto socialist utopia requires it, which is why he is shilling dud projects like Augur and Kleros, as they both try to do that.

Sergey realised this, and he built something that would work, NOW, and in a way that the system (jews) could profit from it basically. Boot licking. Vitalik c ant stand this. He also cant stand that it solves the problem without meeting his impossible criteria, so he doesn't consider it a solution, and is being completely dismissive of it out of spite.

Then, Sergey hit back with Abritrum, which was an absolute game changer. reducing Ethereum to a transaction layer, only good for settling what Link and Arbitrum do. This could also be substituted with any smart contract platform.
Imagine an ECR token, which literally makes Eth irrelevant, while staying an ECR token.
So he has a few guys solving a key issue, helping corporate make money and bringing them in, ruining his socialist cryptographic utopia.
