each browsers metamask is separate, you can either import with seed words or private key. The password is local to the browser. If you arent sure and you havent put your seed words into the chrome one then you are fine.
If you have put your seed words into chrome and you didnt download from metamask.io then do a clean install + new wallet in chrome and transfer to that asap

i use uniswap for buying coins, and never had slippage before. Then I used it to buy ESH and p much didnt understand what the fuck slippage meant.
It said 15% MAX. I dont know how it went from 26 to 17 eth

no it will be a linux software that you have to run on a computer with access to a fixed IP address. Maybe somebody offers like vpns that you can rent for this. Will probably be around 5-10$ a month if you are lucky. Also I would be a bit afraid of security if you have no clue how to run a server.
