Put bluntly, transferred eth to wallet, transferred that to mcafeedex, proceeded to convert and happily wound up with a nice few k worth of esh.
Proceeded to attempt to withdraw that to my wallet... and the transaction was taking longer than I thought.
Pop-up appeared and I thought it was done so clicked it and it sped up the transaction. Basically used up all the transaction to make the transaction - and the transaction ontop of that 'failed'.
Pretty sure I lost Lost five months wages due to the 'gas' not being limited...
Could you give me the etherscan transaction # so I can investigate more? I’m looking on etherscan and having a hard time finding it.
Jayden Butler
just call the authorities and explain what happened, they should be able to fix the problem and return your funds.
PFFFFFFFFFFFFF GET FUCKED CRYPTO SHITHEAD THIS IS WHY CRYPTO WILL NEVER WORK
Noah Long
Dude cool it we can try our best to fix this. Don’t be a dick man.
Jayden Smith
If he'd been buying BTC or ETH on Coinbase or Bitit.io he could just talk to their support. I had an ETH send fail last year and was able to get it back in my account in an hour.
OP, contact McAfeeDex to see if they can assist. I know it's a new exchange but it's worth a shot
Colton Gonzalez
idiot it just diddnt go though
Carson Kelly
its actually more simple because only couple people can access coinbase account and is this a weekend? whereas the contracts can be accessed by anyone, we could interact with the ESH contract on any ui
Camden Kelly
Thanks Fren'd, might have to call it as feeling pretty not good right now...
Would contacting them help? It pretty much duplicated (with a small delay) the same transaction.
make sure you canceled any pending in metamask, then wait for a fail honestly, then the transaction will be just nulified.
You diddnt lose your ESH its just in limbo
Owen Long
Oh add the contract address to your metamask. They are there in you’re wallet just invisible until you add the contract address.
Leo James
Your not you’re I ducked up spelling. Click on add token and add the contract address. They are there.
Justin Cox
If you have more ETH (like $50 USD worth), try adding more ETH to that account. You might not have been able to afford the transaction, which caused it to fail. If that doesn't resolve the issue you can always just pull the ETH back out.
Jordan James
No he just needs to add the token contract address to metamask. Others had an identical problem. They have tutorials on google that take less than a minute to add the contract address.
David Robinson
His withdraw transaction went through successfully but are just invisible on metamask until he adds the token.
Michael Smith
This. OP, add the token address. etherscan.io
Jackson Cox
yeah can someone provide the contract address? people are too derp too look it up like me right now
Jaxson Scott
nice people need to understand their coins cant go *poof* unless you pun in wrong address
Blake Garcia
Contract Address is added, still showing 0 though.
As far as I can tell every other transaction is complete - except the failed one. Attempting to transfer some ETH across in order to re-attempt the failed transaction.
Zachary Reed
Op contact address is 0xd6a55c63865affd67e2fb9f284f87b7a9e5ff3bd add this token address so you can view your tokens in your wallet
Josiah Miller
Withdrawing from mcafeedex should only send it to the original linked wallet (yours) . It has to be either in the mcafeedex exchange or in your wallet hidden.
Andrew Lee
I think you saved me user... It seems to have worked.
Thank you kindly for your effort. Now fingers crossed I can make it and somehow repay you somehow.
