the restaurant I work at is in a small town. word gets around quickly. I know 3 or 4 girls who nobody will employ because they tried to fuck over the owner/managers.
owners/GMs communicate sexual harrassment claims to other owners/GMs to blacklist the employees who make these claims. word also gets out and these girls can be brutal. harassing the girls who made the claim etc. and who can blame them, the restaurant is their livelyhood and they cant afford it to be shut down
