uniswap is the coolest thing that came up since etherdelta. if you made mad gains on uniswap, consider giving a little back by donating to their gitcoin grant.
There is also a lot of innovation taking place and they will release a 2.0 version in not too far future. I also recently learned that there is uniswapex.io, which augments the uniswap contract with an orderbook, although I am not sure where it is stored currently (probably not on-chain).
