$1 incoming

wow

Iconiq Lab token, the VC that funded UniBright, who pumped like hell the last weeks

All companies they fund(currently 9) needs to pay them back in ICNQ token for their management fee, which is around 5-7% of the capital they raised

They are also the first totally regulated 100% legal ICO project in Germany, in those days of more upcoming regulaton they will have a big head start

I have been slowly accumulating over the last weeks , it's by no means a safe bet but 20 ETH of buy volume right now will make the price 3-4x

I could not figure out how to buy this as a burger

Only way I know is using a VPN on IDEX

Nah no management fee for UBT.
Iconic bankrolled them and helped them out as a startup with seed capital and legal help.
UBT paid them by giving Iconic 2% of the total UBT supply.
They're sitting on a sweet couple of million UBT now.

You can't for now, they don't want trouble with the SEC by having their token avaliable to US investors since the're launching an asset management service that will most likely be avaliable to US investment firms and VCs through their New York office, not a good idea to rock the boat before that's up and running.

OK then i missunderstood

But I imagine, with the upcoming EOS, XRP and BCH ETNs that will allow family offices and institutions to invest, there might be coming other ETNs like a UBT connector too, meaning the ones exposed to UBT will benefit from the ICNQ fees that then needs to be paid

They might be added to Uniswap soon, that's the only way that might work

UBT is available on Uniswap and Kyber, aren't those global?

yes, but I thought you talked about ICNQ

They'll probably do an UBT ETN if nothing else than to open it up to more markets and further drive the price increasing the value of their own hold before selling off.

I'm more curious about the ETNs they're doing for exchange tokens, the LEO and BNB.
In my world that implies some kind of deal between iconic and the exchanges.
The fact that they had the Bitfinex CTO in an interview last week confirms this to me.

Bulish

pussy, use a vpn and just hold.

I don't understand why ICNQ was still not discovered by the mainstream?

FUCK YEAH

Wrong you nutheads.
Kyberswap, uniswap cmon.

i don't know man i'm not a burger

I think mostly it's because they don't to the regular marketing, they're not really targeting the crypto crowd and the only usecase their token has is within their own ecosystem so they're not trying to solve some big issue with "muh blockchain" they just want to make money and the token is a byproduct of their real products.

For shill and games i'd say UBT is a damn good call, not a big holder but i managed to swing myself to a comfy 10k suicide stack and damn happy for it.

The mainstream is buying every hype and every shit, but the fundamentals like ICNQ is overlooked.

Def 1$ incomming..

Do you know that they buy % ICNQ token of the fees they get?

Like i said ICNQ is hard to hype it's a token with a very specific use case.
It's an internal fee token for a VC group, right now they've only got the one fund running on Malta paying monthly fees.
When they manage to launch the ETNs and Asset management services though i think people will buy but right now a lot of people are waiting to buy in until they actually are up and running and they can see fees getting bought and burnt.

Depends on the fee, on the investor fund and the ETNs there's a monthly management fee of 2% of the invested capital of which 20% is to be bought at market as ICNQ and then sent to the burn wallet.
Not sure how the fees on the asset management platform will look but if i remember correctly the ceo was talking about a 20% revenue cut for iconic on managed assets but i don't know what and if any of that will be converted to ICNQ but it probably will since they hold a fair chunk themselves and would like to see it pump.

i think in the long run it is the wrong way of thinking. Now that the token is still unknown and cheap, they should at least create a small stack.

It's a gym token

hahaha, yes it is, for shure

By the same logic you should buy stock in every new company.
Sometimes it's better to sit on the sidelines for a bit to see if they can actually pull it off.
Not saying they won't, the team is starting to sound rather bullish so i think we'll see something happen quite soon but until then it's still just thoughts and prayers.

I dont say in every new company, but besides of hype and shill there are some companys worth it to take an closer look.

Sounds like you've got too much of an emotional attachment to your token.
Not saying it's a bad hold, i've picked up a fair chunk myself but i think it's better to be realistic when analyzing when not everyone is as gun ho as yourself.
