The 100k is basically locked for the time being. So right now its essentially 20k.
100k vests over three years, so it's more like an additional 100 dxdao each day, so circulating supply is more 23k or so right now. It's cheap because mcap is all that matters, price does not, this has extremely low supply, kinda like linkpool
