I have an learning course on blockchain

> because I actually work in blockchain

Trying to make it take off. Have some plans.

landlord here, got 4 flats plus one to live in. you need minimim 1.5mil to get around 30-40k pa, anyone who says different doesn't know the EU rental market. so while I've technically "made it", I live a frugal lower middle class life. no waging though + 6 fig link stack

where in eu? you don't have any debt on on your flats? fully paid?

I get 800 free leafbucks a week thanks to my commie overlords.

Germany, fully paid no debt

why wouldn't you take advantage of debt? how old are u and where did u get 1.5m

isn't the interest rate in germany below 2%

Passive income is a meme

True, burgers and britfrags don't get it though. Their housing market is a ponzi scheme.

And don't you think it would be way more efficient to have that 1.5 mil invested in world stock market index?

Ok, you might get slightly less returns, but also less hassle, way more diversified and extremely liquid.

So why bother with real estate at all unless you have some specific market advantage?

>Own apartment in Copenhagen, Denmark.
>Airbnb it out
>get company to do everything

I make (b4 corona) $1,3k a month after taxes and fees. I could increase that if I wanted to do it myself but I dont have time..

I make about 2K per month on Aave by just holding 40,000 USDT

what company or where to find a company that runs airbnbs for you? how big of a cut do they take? I wanted to do airbnbs but didnt want to invest my time if the rentals are on average 2-3 days max, but your income looks nice, how much would you make if you rented longterm?

O is practically on sale right now in the stock market.

How are you guaranteed the borrower will pay back? can't anyone just go on there and borrow max amount and never have to worry about it again?

dafuq? how? What is the rate and what are you holding?

That's a man

>I make about 2K per month on Aave by just holding 40,000 USDT
>what are you holding?

People here will tell you differently for the memes, but if you don't want to give a shit you can put your savings every month on a globalist and boring ETF that will continuously grow. You will only get it back when you sell it, so it's guaranteed income, though.

what is the likeliness you lose everything? as a borrower what are you required to do to borrow?

i have no idea regarding borrower but i would assume you have a sort of index that show your level of over exposure. It doesn't matter In my case i just deposit and collect in real time.

I should take advantage of debt but I don't want to owe anything to anyone
>where did you get 1.5m
it's true when people say no one earns wealth, it's either luck or doing dirt - for me it's a combination of both, fuck normies

true, and any future money I make from crypto I'll invest in non real estate assests but at the time when I got the flats, it was 2009 and property was cheap AF. all of my experience was in real estate at that point & all of my properties have more than doubled in value since then

Wait you can get 17.37% monthly interest by holding sUSD?

yeah but i'd go for a bigger market size

that would be a 550% compound interest in 12 month, there has to be a catch or big risk involved, probably why he spreads it over so many stablecoins

imagine believing you can tripple your money every year doing nothing

wagecuck detected

hehe yeah user that shit never gonna happen

unironically this, I know of a dude that has a forestry business that easily brings in probs £250k legit profit for him every year.

This guy is also unironically one of the most professional level drug dealers I have also ever met in my life whom also owns lots of properties that he washes this dirt money through, knowing where he lives and what his portfolio looks relatively like, I would say the 'dirt' nets him probs around £1m per annum.
