cancer is when your own cells are damaged. You could cure any cancer if you could identify the individual damaged cells and remove/replace them. The first step would be figuring out how to identify the individual damaged cells, next figure out how to scan every cell in your body for the damaged cells, then replace them with healthy cells. Current treatments are a shotgun approach, identify where the cancer is, and blast it with either radiation to just kill everything, or some chemicals that kill cells, again just mass killing everything in the area.

there are some dietary changes that help preventing the development of cancer and there is nothing wrong about rethinking what you eat. but there is just no evidence that selective food intake reduces cancer cells, and I know you all like conspiracy theories but it just would be known by now and it wouldn't be a secret held back for rich people.
Cancer prevention is very hard to study because you are looking at time frames of 30 years or more, and therefore we are still figuring out new stuff like diet, fasting etc. But cancer treatment is another thing and we know pretty well that just changing food doesn't do shit here, and it doesn't take 30 years to see that because you'll be dead much earlier.

As part of my biochem degree we had to take cancer biology and obv it is more complicated than this, but basically there is no one fix for all cancers. There are a multitude of reasons and variables why it manifests. That being sad, all cancer works the same way in that cancer biology is simply that cancer cells do not need many things to reproduce, but they do need your standard sugar source of glucose. Cancer cells don’t need to utilize the full cell cycle to operate, only glycolysis. Additionally, there is promising research on nanotechnology and lasers so search Dr Hadiyah Nicole Green in Atlanta, Georgia. Finally, THC (vaporized form likely the best if not injections with no tobacco wrappers) is promising as well so I’m sure there are some studies that need volunteers so you could potentially be cured and help cure others.
