I’m honestly torn. I know he has name recognition, but the whole selling point is supposed to be this high- tech privacy coin to protect your transactions and thwart the powers that be and governments. Now, though, we find out that the two most prominent people shilling it (McAfee and Eggman) aren’t even involved enough to be aware that the white paper was copied word for word from the project they forked from. If they can’t even handle the white paper, are security- minded people going to trust them to do the actual coin right - especially when the PIVX they forked from has a known deal- breaking security issue that they will need to have fixed.
