Probably never. Read the whitepaper. Tokens are only virtually scarce. Transactions are only onchain when a users does KYC on uphold.
Its a good project but a bad investment.

Its an utility token to be used. You can make some money day trading but that's it. It will never "moon," the price might grow organically as the number of advertisers increases, but that's it.
