Absolutely. I went 2.2x off ESH. The key is to not get greedy and to take profit during the pump. If you can, use a trading bot to put in a market sell the moment the price goes down by 20%, that way you don't lose out too hard unless you buy the top.

And there are always a few really good coins out there that Zig Forums goes through and fuds to death before concluding it's an actually good pick, LINK, RPL, and UBT come to mind for more recent ones.
