After big workouts doing heavy yoke walks and frame carry, I will eat a nice full meal of pork chops, brussel sprouts, asparagus, yellow squash, sweet potatoes with grass fed butter and i will finish it all off with butter pecan ice cream with fresh cut strawberries

You can select a fatty and a normal, take a microbiome sample from each, cleanse them with antibiotics etc, and then reintroduce the cultures switched around.
