obviously the most efficient is programming a solution. next best thing is to set an alarm on your wallet to email you when there are incoming tokens. you can do that by creating an account on etherscan and adding your address to a watchlist.

having said all that, it kinda sounds like they are taking a snapshot....then dispersing tokens later. you won't know the exact time of the snapshot though so theres no way to game this. insiders will though, so I guess once the aggressive dump starts....assume that the snapshot has happened?

just learn from the experience. have a good look at the chart and think about how you could have played it to maximize gains. this won't be the last time we see something like this in crypto.
any time there's a deep red candle like that after a big run up.....I'm talking an 80-90% jackknife down....it rebounds fast almost all the way back up to where the sell off started. then it settles about half way down and crabs for a bit. if you ever find yourself in this situation again, play it that way. buy the drop, sell the rebound. whatever you have left you slowly unload on the crab...cause what happens next is another aggressive dump. I learned all about this from the early bitmax jackknife. it's incredibly lucrative to trade if you know what you're doing....but most people get absolutely rekt by it.
