I'm a poor Eastern European student. I can put each month ~$50 away. Now I don't know much about stocks but I picked these two and thought I did well. But recently I learned there are lower cost index funds and...I don't know what to do.
Should I get all my money out and reinvest?

Investing should be the last thing on your mind. Investing in yourself so you can put away 10x ur current worth in investments per month is wayyyyyyy more important. You’re not going to win the lottery on sanitized financial instruments. Take that $250 and go get certified in something to increase your income.
Long term savings? Find the lowest cost S&P index you can get and add to it every month. That’s all you need if you don’t feel like thinking much about it

Im gonna be honest with you, you're buying in way too late now or way too early, but probably first. With that much money you need to stay away from anything on big exchanges and go to Idex and find some gems there that will 2-3-4-5x. Basically, you need at least 1k to have you trades have an actual impact. Then on you can go to binance casinos and pray for the best. You will probably end up losing 98% of your portfolio 2,3,4,5 times until you learn and get lucky. Eventually you'll cross 20k and learn. As to which coins exactly to buy, do not buy anything that's mentioned here as its all coordinated by discord trannies desperate to dump their bags. Personally for me the best way to make gains was the easiest actually, go to cmc and check gainers and losers. Pick weekly gainers with at least 500k vol and ride them for at least 25% or so. Have fun.

Also, don't listen to this guy. He's getting nervous that his coin isn't moving. Link is not a guaranteed bet especially after making 24x gains. And even if it is, its unlikely it will pull any major moves. This was shilled here for 2.5 years and many of the oldfags bought at ico and sub ico price. I'm not saying link is bad, but you have to stop and think when everyone's talking about it including reddit, yt,twitter and even fucking uber drivers. Also 1 more thing (and i truly wish somebody told me this 5 years ago) don't be afraid of scams. They make massive gains short term, but be reasonable with expectations. Never marry your coins.

WTF? You won't get anywhere with index funds with you lunch money. Just buy Chainlink.
Index funds are about as safe as it gets and you still risk losing short term, that doesn't mean it is a bad idea. Your order of priorities should be building some emergency funds, pay off your debt, fund your earning power. After that, start investing the leftovers.
If you haven't done that, pull out what you need to satisfy those requirements. Any left over, put them in an array of etf's with some left over for a retirement account.
Finally, if you want to speculate do it with a small part of your total, dyor and don't listen to Zig Forums. Yes even me.
