I've made literally a couple thousand over the past couple of months. Its best if you are in any sort of tech field - anything related to cloud IT, sys admin, data science, etc. Those pay the most. Some are $250 for an hour, most are about $60-$100 an hour.

How can you work full time as a Physical therapist and Maintain 14 properties?

I managed 100 units and we had two full time and two part time maintenance guys, plus brought in outside help for bigger projects.

A job, hear me out, you sit in an office, talk to a couple people here and there, and sit on your ass and type emails for a thousand bucks every week, guaranteed for as long as you're sane. You can't beat that!

There's lots of passive and side income things you can do, but all require initial investments. Unless you fall for the crypto scam or any other pyramid schemes there's plenty of things you can do. I mean really if you have $1,000 and a Robinhood account you can make a good amount of money. It won't be enough to live of off but eventually it will be if you play it right. $1,000 to $10,000 to $100,000.
