Anywhere with a rapid growth rate and a clear vector for future growth, younger population. Going to be a lot of startup potential there. Places like NYC are super congested and expensive, you're basically buying at the top.
Especially in an age where half your staff can work remotely, including yourself.

Depends on your industry and employment level. Texas in general is massively growing. Nashville has a growing start up scene. I'd like to move to Dallas or Houston.
