Not sure, because I don't have US ID on the gate account. I've heard from others that if you go through with KYC then you can potentially withdraw. The shitty thing about Gate is that they have like 2 different agreements across their website, where one states nobody from the US is permitted, and the other says only NY and WA states are banned. Old Reddit comments seems to point towards the "do kyc and gtfo asap" route
Also as a rule, if the exchange is in any Asian looking language, take extra care as chinese exchanges are known for their scam and thieving tactics
