This project has been plagued with more scandals and fuckups than any other Project ever shilled on biz. So I thought I would gather as many red flags as possible and have a quick recap and summary of everything so far.
Copy + Paste Whitepaper: The copy + paste whitepaper scandal was a major stain on the reputation of this project, Pivx proved beyond any reasonable doubt that the whitepaper was poorly plagiarised. Not only that they also proved that the person who put the whitepaper together was unqualified to do so as it contained numerous spelling mistakes and referenced implementing protocol features with known security flaws that Pivx to this day are still unable to resolve
Response: The response published by Josh from Switch was unprofessional and was more less a defensive admission of guilt and failure, admitting that he didn't understand anything written in the whitepaper and that all the work was outsourced to unqualified devs.
Akshay: Shortly afterwards as more people started wanting answers as to the identity of who these "outsourced" devs were Josh proudly boasted on telegram about taking one of Pivx's top devs and brining him onboard to the Ghost project. This announcement was clearly made prematurely as Akshay still had tweets visible on twitter proclaiming his distain towards the Ghost project and community. Not only that Pivx made it clear afterwards that Akshay wasn't even one of their Core devs, he was only a voluntary community contributor with 6 Github commits.
Roadmap: Next up came the roadmap. Not much attention got focused on the roadmap because at this point because the majority of people could see how many fuckups had taken place by now and sold their bags. Those still holding drooled all over the whitepaper and chanted victory at the meaningless phrases included in it such as "MAINNET, MOBILE WALLET, CHAT, DEX" Without going into any detail or clarity as to the timeframe of when and how of these features would be implemented.
Airdrop We are currently in the airdrop scandal right now. A large percentage of those holding Switch ESH at the time of the snapshot have not yet received their Ghost ERC20 tokens. There is no efficiency or professionalism as to how these airdrops are being carried out and I've seen scam tokens such as Minereum being sent out in a more professional manner. How are they supposed to Build a mainnet in 26 days when they can't even send out ERC20 tokens correctly.
Mainnet At this point it's clear there will be no Mainnet on June 22nd. It's almost certain at this point that a day or two before the "mainet" going live they are going to put out an announcement stating that the have a few "minor" technicalities. They will push back the date another month stating that they are in the process of debugging everything to "make sure it works" This process will repeat itself more than once.
Another few points I would like to highlight:
Broken Mcafee DEX The Mcafee DEX is a joke. It's a 1:1 exact copy + pasted clone of Etherdelta. This exchange is so amateur and pathetic that anybody even those without any technical knowledge including yourself can clone this exchange, register a domain and put your own logo at the top. You can find tutorials on Youtube showing you how to do this, it's really not hard.
Mcafeecoin.com This was another crypto project fronted by Mcafee. The majority of those invested in Ghost right now are all newfags and weren't around for his previous exit scam. It was another project that Mcafee proclaimed would change the world, when in reality he run off with investors money and bought drugs with it.
i don't know OP. for over the years all crypto promoted by McAfee ended up being a scam, just take a look at SAFEX, XVG, BTCP, and most recently BTC.

nailed it. This whole project is run by some guy named Josh. Mcafee sold him promotional package with the rights to use his name. Mcafee will make tweets and videos but ultimately has nothing to do with this product. For a 74 man it's easy money to just have to make a quick tweet and 5 min shill vid now and then. Other than that Mcafee knows jack shit about the coin or the people involved. he just does the 10 mins of promotional work, receives his payments and goes on about his day drinking and chilling and won't even think more than 30 seconds a day about this coin. The marketer who bought the promotional package (Josh) will craft this thing, using plausible deniability, to make it look like Mcafee is the manager and lead brain running this project to fool a bunch of retards. The whole thing has fallen apart, the Ghost erc20 is doing worse than switch, lmfao

There is a clear difference from a coin dropping in price to it being an outright scam. All evidence at this moment in time leans towards Ghost being a scam, if not the best case scenario you can put forth is that the team is nothing more than a bungling collective of incompetent rouges who are out of their depth and can't deliver what they promise.
There is no logical or valid argument for anybody to invest into this project. For the project to grow in value you will need more adoption, the problem being that the team have created too many fuck ups already and the wider consensus at this point is that it's already been written off as a failure.
