If you're over 24, aren't in school, and rent: you're a spineless loser. period.
a mortgage is cheaper than rent in 99.9% of America for residences of equal quality and size, and if you are unable to save $6,000 for a down payment on a house it's because you're poor/bad with money (loser) or too scared to make a big boy decision (probably this)
Why do people like this girl. All she does is make anime faces.

People like anime faces.

Paying for porn is already pathetic. Paying for this is incomprehensible to me.
Liam Thomas
>period. >99.9% pick one fag. Also, i live in LA, like you wish you could, where the nuances of our RE market put us in your theoretical 0.1%. $6000.00 won't even get you an appointment with the realtor. I'd like to stay and chat about why buying anything near LA is dumb unless you are a multimillionaire or intend to rent out the property, but since you're probably too poor to even live here, I doubt you'd comprehend my argument.
Carter Gomez
>$6,000 down uhhhhh it's more like $200,000 down where i live ($150,000 if you want a burned out shack)
Caleb Price
lol noone cares where you live

You've got to admit, she's talented.

what a retard reply. my post was directly arguing against OP's premise that down payments on a home are easy to save up; they are not, unless you're in bumfucksville. you should strongly consider killing yourself.
Grayson Cooper
I'm a rootless cosmopolitan, retard. I'm not "scared" of buying a house I just know I'm going to want to move out within a year or two.,
Brody Hughes
Same here, I don't get it

I admire her hustle, perfecting the art of being a fake video game woman and taking advantage of perpetually adolescent manchildren who are afraid of reality.
Daniel Price
Wrong. Expenses on a house is approx. the same as renting. The math has already been done. A mortgage is for people without the decipline to consistently invest in the stock market

I'm Australian but the situation is too different from the american narrative. Buying a house now is a stupid idea, its better to wait because the economy will tank again and be dead for a few years.
As for getting a house, im 25 and neeting, im a parasite on the government and im happy about it. I intend to renounce my citizenship soon, thus i have no need for this country. Might as well take as much free gibs as i can get in the mean time.
The current place i live in is 700k AUD, when it was built it cost 30k (not a typo) when the minimum wage was equivalent to 100k AUD, its a piece of shit and ill only get a 1% yield per year, why put myself into debt over that? I can buy a luxury apartment in Malaysia for 300k AUD with better returns, I can buy a luxury mansion in Georgia for 500k AUD.
If you really love your home country then fine, be a slave to the system but i dont want to be treated like cattle, im going elsewhere.
Zachary Ortiz
tfw you dont realize >the big one happens >banks go bankrupt and shut down >all mortgages are wiped out, loan no longer exists >free house this is the perfect time to be in a mortgage
Carter Smith
>government bailouts >money printer common user, you really think the goys are going to win over the bank?

>1 post by this ID >creates thread just to shit on people >doesn't care about the truth, only here to demoralize This thread is not helpful to the anons it was written to trigger, and should be pruned.

Renting allow me to accurately gauge my living expenses for a 3 year period while I DCA'ed into LINK without added risk. If the water heater, furnace, roof, or other lump sum payment emergency would have happened in that time frame I would have missed out on adding large portions to my holdings. I live in the Midwest and my rent is ungodly cheap. I will buy a duplex myself soon to live in one side and rent the other, but that will be from diversifying my Golden Goose holdings I went mostly all into early on.
Wyatt Moore
>6000 down You’re either A) living in a piece of shit area with niggers B) Butt fuck no where with shit amenities where it’s blazing hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter
>6,000 for a down payment After covid, banks want 20% of the houses value. I live in NYC where a house in the ghetto is half a mil. I don't have 100k in the bank. No one does
Hudson Lewis

In the northeast it's like 40k. Better off putting that money in crypto or the stock market.
