Yeah it's easy for me to say, knowing the guy died, that he shouldn't have been doing that.
I have the audio muted, but how powerfully did he really shout it? It's a lot easier to breathe out than it is to breathe in, and once you start choking you really start panicking. It's been a while since I've been seriously choked but I remember it being very alarming.
It bothers me that cops have no problem smashing people's faces into the asphalt like that. Maybe I'm soft but I don't think that's right.
