Who knows what the true value is, when bitcoin was mostly used in silk road its value was $10. I honestly think thats the real floor of any coin, if you ban XMR then bitcoin and ETH would need to be banned as well, already you can use privacy smart contracts on ETH to make it very hard to trace. XMR does privacy better than any other coin and so its the only coin that has an actual floor. I think its $10 but a bull could make a compelling case for $1000 using similar reasons.
