Corporations getting their buildings burnt down is GOOD for them. They have great insurance to cover the costs of building a more up to date building, likely in a more prosperous area. They have an excuse to get rid of all those career workers and start from scratch at the minimum again. Meanwhile, each COVID generation gets weaker and weaker and resources grow to handle it.
