If it hits that 10400-10500 USD level with conviction then I am probably buying 400 USD worth of BTC to give me 1k worth total.
However, if we can't break at least 9.9k we may see a small correction before the big bull run, since this run has lasted so long and I'm not sure that many people are paying attention to bitcoin as we speak.
