Graph theory, data structures & algos, game theory, strong programming & general math/calc helps. Look at jobs sites for the kind of jobs you aim for & see what they are asking for. These jobs are heavily concentrated in Singapore/Hong Kong so if you really want a blockchain job, consider making the move. Having a job developing in the general finance industry will help you make a horizontal shift.
