- Then decrypt posted some follow up in this article, since this is a parabolic growth in their use base:

I remember when Heart came onto the crypto scene out of nowhere years ago. At times I almost felt sorry for him, even though I knew I shouldn't because he's a piece of shit. However, he is one of the most depressed individuals I think I have seen in a long time. You can see it in his eyes.

I think hex is the only real legitimate copy. The rest are promises right now. Hex is clearly a stab at making a more bs and Richard free project. If you know your crypto history you will know NEM did something similar to NXT and NEM became the bigger project. At the end of the day you cant claim ownership of a defi version of a financial instrument. It's like saying you patented index funds.

You guys are fuckin stupid. Richard can go after the clone since his logo is a trademark of his project and he has intellectual property rights to that. You don't copyright a logo, u trademark it. Bitcoin IP isn't trademarked so nobody owns it hence u can use it wherever u want. Go and search the USPTO gov database to see if hex is trademarked or not. He's not going to sue h3x about the code, it's a stupid threat over a logo and he wouldn't sue them he would just issue. Acease and desist and they would need to change it.
