would you consider working at McDonalds? And why not?

if I had no other options and I was out of work, yes.
No.
My B law is law school.
C plan is a rope.
In europe minimum wage is not that bad so If that was my only option yeah
id rather sleep on the streets than work
The manager at my local McDonald's got stabbed to death by a hobo. No thanks
The absolute state of Zig Forums
No. Home Depot is rock bottom for me. Anything lower than that and I'll just go on welfare.
Honestly if I didnt need money it may be comfy, ala American Beauty.
no. i'd rather work retail or in a restaurant. at least some of my coworkers would be human beings. fast food is for niggers, spics, and drug addicted white trash fresh out of jail.
After working there for 7 months a while back, I'd rather be a homeless hermit bashing squirrels for a living then go back to that place. At least I'd have a bit of freedom before I died.
I worked at McDonald’s for one year. When I was 16. It was pretty fun imo. I was working with a bunch of friends/high-school students. It’s probably not like that anymore.
Our manger was 18/19 years old
All workers were between 14-20
I had to do opening shifts, start 4am (Before 24hr) we would go grab eggs and tomatoes and throw them at a crackhouse and run back to McDonald’s. Crackheads would walk up to the drive though window and yell at the manger Kek.
If you over 30 and HAVE to work there kek, you a loser. All the teens will tease and make fun of you, not talk to you etc. Well that’s what we did.
The best lesson I learned from working under the golden arches is that I will do everything in my power not to work a job like that again.
>thank you for reading my blogpost
McDonalds and any fast food job is fucking awful, if you have to work a min wage job go for retail or grocery.
fpbp. especially since I would eat the fuck out of everything. I would save so much money in food that it would probably be a decent paying job.
a hard no, mundane labour is almost mind breaking even for a month or two. even if i need the money just to exist.
theres many more options out there. this shit really made me realize how important it is to build a working portfolio
No because I cannot stand a minute in a MacDonalds. It stinks so bad, like rotten meat and sweat.
cope
I didn't appear to a McDonald's interview once. Blacklisted from all future applications.
I would for $30/hr and be the best dam fry cook in the world
I did about 2 weeks, I rather be homeless, McDonald's is set in a hamster wheel type way.
All movements are mechanical, there is no room after thoughts your basically a human cog on a shit wheel, there is beeps and sounds and noises telling you exactly what to do, when to do it and for how long.
If you're the NPC type McDonald's is a dream job, you have to put zero thought on labor as a matter of fact independent thinking is discourage and their benefits while mediocre are enough for the NPC, I rather suck dick for a buck on the street tho, any actual homo sapiens can be driven crazy in a matter of weeks working there
Would literally dig trenches all day instead of stepping foot in a fast food place again.
Same boat bro
I'm supposed to be reading right now
Why when you can just go on unemployment and make more while having that 8-10 hours a day to work towards an entrepreneurial goal or finding a job that as shitty. Poor person's mentality to take it "because its all there is."
I know of someone who got fired from BK because they kept eating the fries. She got a warning for doing it but she thought the manager was joking
At this point yes
I TRIED SO HARD
AND GOT SO FAR
yes, i live in yurop so standards are pretty good and im very young
but i dont need to now so...
I went to apply two years ago and they never called me back
literally this.
if you're an ex convict who can't find a job, you don't want to do anything that requires brain power, creativity or writing or problem solving, and you know you're worthless, you don't have any skills or confidence that makes you employable elsewhere, or if you don't know any better.
I think it's bullshit that people tell you to start at McDicks to earn valuable skills and working upwords. It's proven that people who are exposed to shitty environments are likely to be shitty themselves, and be prone to lie and cheat-that includes work environments.
if you were never disciplined to make it, you never will.
Fucking based
I'd rather save a stray dog's life than a homeless person (srs)
>Not launching your career at McDonald's corporate office in Chicago with, apparently, lots of mixed-race women, according to their stock photos
SSI and food stamps pays the same if not better.
