Four Burners Theory

Well Zig Forums, which one or two will/have you cut off?

Attached: fourburners.png (940x788, 234.32K)

I'd cut off friends. If I had to cut two, friends and work. In practice, however, I end up cutting off health :(

Hopefully work, friends, and family.

So are NEETs super successful, since they've turned all 4 off?

Friends first
Then health
I'd say my friends burner is 100% off and my health is at 50% eat healthy and lift /exercise but take stimulants

I've cut all of the burners off and turned the NEET moonboy burner on, am I going to make it?

Cut off none. 25% spread out evenly on all 4, success is a meme and there's nothing wrong with a boring "mediocre" life.

how the fuck will you be successful without working at all

which burner contains vidya?

All of them
Why aren't I four times as successful ;_;

Im trying hard af to turn off work. Friends never got turned on.

>work dictates life success

already cut family and friends

Investing and reducing expenses. Go homestead.

you can cut off all and you will be still a neet on biz

Think of it as needing to allocating your skillpoints, you have 100 to spread between those 4.

I cut off friends a long time ago, never looked back.

basically maxed my potential with three burners. probably gonna have to cut off health to some degree, if I wanna make more money than I do (golden handcuffs are on me right now, for sure).

Health and friends burners are off, am I successful yet?

think of it this way; your normal stove never worked, so you're cooking on a camp stove. odds are you're just way less efficient at whatever the normal stove would have gotten you, but there's always that one percent chance you set your fuel source on fire and your shit explodes.

you decide whether it's worth your energy to switch stoves to the safer, less volatile fuel source.

Turn off work. Easy.

Friends.

Out of my friend group in highschool I am the only one to have their bachelor's degree in 4 years and the only one with a real big boy job at the moment. All of them are either graduating late, dropped out, or never went to college. They are all working as bartenders/waiters/car salesmen. My relationship with my GF is amazing and she's super based (voted for Trump in '16). I didn't meet anyone in college outside of my roommates from freshman year. I'm still buddies with 2-3 people so not like I had zero friends but it was a huge shift socially as I went from partying every Friday/Saturday and knowing 500+ people to just grinding school. Not sure I would recommend what I did exactly but I think deliberately choosing to be disciplined and getting your shit together will dramatically improve your life.

how is health a "burner"? I enjoy eating an overall good diet, avoid junk food, and run daily. none of those take that much time.

>gf is "based"

Thanks for the giant blog post where you only talked about yourself.

Thank you for this valuable insight.

The red pill is that people (friends, family, coworkers) aren’t a burner at all.

Connections are built around shared interests. Your build relationships around your focus areas (work, fitness, hobbies, etc). When these things fade from focus, the people do to. Make a person or group the focus is dependence, it’s clingy, it turns people off.

So pick 3 burners, then build a network of people around those

I'll cut off work

it’s for stupid fat normies that think being healthy requires 5+ hours in the gym and a diet of 4 almonds and an apple. i fucking hate fat retarded people

Can i turn them all off

Do you expect me to read all this?

health & family to provide for my family

>my life is so great I suck myself off on anonymous Mongolian basket weaving forums :-)
Yeah, we're all laughing at you

Doesn't sedaris write for living?
like what the fuck he gotta give up.
No like he eats his avacado toast while his wife bounces on his dick right before going yachting with his friends from the new yorker becuase he just finished his latest book.

Fuck you david sedaris

Most people are too dumb to make the connection that having a healthy lifestyle actually makes work easier, makes it easier to find friends + romantic partners, and makes you live longer.

>David Sedaris

lol, oh yeah? that's who we're taking life advice from, huh

I'll cut off work. Now if I'm not successful this theory is pseudo-intellectual horseshit.

Abraham maslows research on his heirarchy of needs was vased on studies and interview from the worlds most succesful people.
