Adopted by whom? REmittance services and banks are adopting XRP already, this is about how it is classified and regulated. I think it's a good bet, but hen I am also a bagholder so take that for what it's worth.

technically the historical average daily tranfer of SWIFT was about 5T . Insider said it would cover the overall derivatives markets which is aprox 1.4 Quadrillion. so the range flex's based on the total transaction rate. this is why execs from SWIFT came over to create Ripple/XRP
