>missed the biggest dip of the century
Missed the biggest dip of the century
Same mate I'm pretty suicidal. It was literally free money
>buying the top of the biggest dead cat bounce in history
Imagine thinking this thing won't end up much, much lower.
Cope of all copes
Can still buy now and make pretty good gains in all companies
I'm just glad I didn't panic sell any of my stonks.
In two weeks, right?
just wait 5-10 years. it happens all the time.
Just save this Chart. It will be glorious soon long Term.
>aggressively bought in the biggest dip of the century
>still regret not buying more
Depends on how sept is
Same
>Moved 8k to buy into the dip
>Too much of a pussy to actually pull the trigger
Fucking kill me I don't deserve to live
i want to kill myself
Regret is a killer, dont fall into it. You still have all that money, do something with it, beside stocks.
Lol. If it make you feel better, i made my entire year's salary off that dip and now it's more.
Well fucking done.
Learn from your mistake. It's always very hard to pull the trigger when everything is crashing. In the heat of the moment it always feels like it will keep going lower. Don't try to time the bottom (you can't) just buy the dip and wait.
>move 5k in at 23
>nice
>move 2k in at 21
>nice i wonder how far it will dip
>move 500 in at 18.5
>nice, i dont want to put more in now. once it goes lower ill dump the entire stack in
>hits 19
>ok, i dont go back in until 18
>hits 20
>repeat
i want to go back in time and strangle myself
better luck next life
like
says, keep buying dip and make cash money.
Did I say that? 1929 didn't bottom out until 1933. Good luck.
GUESS that we all should have listened to BILL "buy the dip" Mitchell
It's not. The inflation is going to be so insane this is going to seem like buying in the 80s.
Don't be too hard on yourself. You did better than most people. I know a guy who works at the biggest pension fund in my country and he told me most large funds were dumping stocks when were down 25% from ATH.
Now a lot of these funds are FOMOing back in because they want to own more stocks long term. That's part of the reason for this crazy bounce.
Most of the 40% dip were shitty companies that you probably wouldn't invest in under normal circumstances. All the big tech companies that make up 20%ish percent of the S&P's market cap never really dipped to begin with.
That said, I don't think recession is necessarily cancelled. This one was entirely manufactured instead of being based on fundamental issues with the market.
How do I get into this stock buying shit? I have £30,000 sitting in my account doing nothing. Dunno what to do with it :^/
I know nothing of markets etc
Check your bank, mine let me buy and sell stock, thats a nice starting point.
Id also say read up on this or atleast watch a warren buffet video.
Can always wing it like a true retard and do what these option gamblers do, which is winging it like a retard.
Anyone got the image of bobo getting hit with a bat by mumu?
