Why are Bitcoin miners capitulating?
Logan Jones
Juan Kelly
They aren't. Some are turning off, others are taking over. Hash rate going up and down in the meantime. This takes a few months now. You have been told that. This information isn't new to you if you hang out on Zig Forums.
And on a sidetone, even if your operation 'make Zig Forums sell BTC happened to work, it wouldn't make much of a difference.
Lincoln Thomas
Why is a miner capitulation signal being printed on the hash ribbons indicator then?
Charles Cruz
See my first reply to you. Hash rate doing weird things atm is not a sign of anything other than what I told you.
Daniel Adams
Because it is unprofitable to mine for many miners after the halving. Last time there was a miner capitulation like this right after the halving, it dumped about 40%. We're probably at a local top right now. Good time to take profits.
Landon Diaz
a lot of players even invest in latest mining equipment. bitcoin is fine, just the usual fud
Kevin Phillips
Why would this matter when difficulty adjusts anyway
Nicholas Mitchell
this is such a garbage indicator
Mason Green
Expected after a halving, hash rate will be back up once new FPGA and ASIC miners hit the market. Happens every time.
