Hey, FLAMA insider here. I work on the project as a Jr Dev and I wanted to share some things. First, I've been on the project for a few weeks, most of the work I've done has been ind dev of the website which launches in 2 days. Let me say how proud I am to work on this project/how much I believe in it conceptually. I've been on biz for years and that inspired me to get involved in altcoins as a dev, so i'm greatfull. Now that my background is out of the way, let me express some concerns. I am feeling very uncomfortable in the sudden spike of interest in FMA as an investment opportunity. I've seen so many pump and dumps at this point that I feel very uneasy seeing a discord whale pnd begin on our project before we can even get the webpage up. I know what a pnd like this does to the reputation of a new crypto, and I know how hard it is to shake the label of scamcoin or shitcoin, once it has already been through a pnd. I will admit, at first a few hours ago, I was worried if this project was even real, If i were taking part in an exit scam unknowingly... I messaged the creator and lead dev about my concerns, and told him that I was considering leaving the project, as I didn't want my name tarnished from my first project. He didn't want me to leave, so he showed me the smart contract code he is building for the FLAMA platform... I was blown away to say the least, not only is the code a piece of fucking art, but the contract itself and the ideas behind this in depth, are absolutely fucking genius. For the first time since I started this project, we had a voice chat on discord, and when I talk to this man, I feel like I'm talking to Vitalik. I am working with a real bonafide genius here, and this project is legitimately going to the moon.
BUT I don't want negative labels, so please DONT buy this to 100x in the next few days. Even if it does, HOLD!! If you pnd on this coin, it will set back progress in the crypto space for years...

I mean I know that it's not rock solid, but again I couldn't think of anything I could do to prove without breaking contract and getting fired. also I don't get paid cash I get paid from the dev fund later down the road, so If I get fired I lose everything, not taking that chance.

Man it was one guy that sold. You have to understand these stake deflationary coins are hitting almost every day and since STA happened everybody wants a piece of it. This is legit new shit in the crypto space as I'm sure you're aware but it's going to be chaotic for a while. If you want us to be iron hands you have to be too and the good shit will wind up shaking the bullshit.

Success has little to do with quality and lots with plain randomness. Sheep aren't getting any smart and all gets incrementally diluted to fit the narrower sights of the lowest characters. There are numerous promising projects but the few which survive and thrive happened to be spotted and shilled by sheer luck. Survival of the luckiest. There will be a whitepaper countdown on the site(it will work, unlike H3X). We are still a long way from mainnet so it's impossible to answer what kind of uses it will have on launch.
