everyone is different. i don't think they key is getting more sleep, the key is getting better sleep and the best way to do that is to get to bed earlier. hours slept before midnight are golden, you will absolutely notice a difference if you get to bed 1-2 hours earlier even if you sleep your usual amount of hours.

Silly. It's just like oxygen. By chronically getting insufficient oxygen your brain can creates new oxygen cells to compensate. Keep your spo2 in the 70s for a few days and eventually you can adapt and be just fine satting that low. They make chambers where you can control how much oxygen there is, from there you nitrate based on your numbers.
