I find it hard getting simple tasks done. I keep losing in video games and everything in my life goes downhill.

What does biz take to keep their cognitive function up?

8-9 hours good quality sleep per night is the greatest performance enhancing drug in all history. There is a reason why we sleep.
It's not optional.

Drink water. No really. Try me.
I challenge you to drink 32oz (1liter) of water in the next ten minutes and you’ll feel fantastic.

>24
>judges his success with vidya
>Why am I dumb /biz?

were you more physically active at that age?

>24
>still playing video games
It’s your subconscious playing poorly on purpose to tell you to stop being a kid

fix your depression, sleep more, eat better shit, exercise to get oxygen for your brain, stop smoking weed, drink less alcohol, study some new shit, exercise your brain, be less lazy
AND YOU WILL BE BACK

Are you confusing reflexes with intelligence perhaps?
I too play against teenagers online, and they often wreck my in 1v1 encounters
you need to learn to leverage your evolved mental faculties to ambush the children
become a master tactician, instead of pretending to be a good FPS player

also being healthy is good

Your dopamine receptors are rekt.
Take a break from all screens for one full day, you’ll feel brand new.

very helpful thread

Modafinil. I'm 24 too and in one month of modafinil I've gotten shit done that my lazy ass wasn't able to do in years. Get it.

What the fuck... I feel like my brain only started functioning properly when I was around 26. It was like a rebirth, all the things I had found difficult earlier were suddenly easy, learning things became easier too.

Magic mushrooms.
If you're going to take something, I suggest those, they'll make you confront your problems.

Mmm. I feel a lot smarter at 24. Nutrition, sleep, lifting. Your iq goes down as you age, but resistance training is very good at preserving it.

That's a man

Except it is, cuck. 6.5 is too much for me and I lose out on powerlifting gains with 7 or more. what does it feel like wasting several hours a day of your life asleep?
You don't even deserve to be woke speaking such nonsensical shit.

That's a woman

don't be me and drink too much water over the day. anything over 4 liters is not only useless but may be harmful if you do it for years

everyone is different.
i don't think they key is getting more sleep, the key is getting better sleep and the best way to do that is to get to bed earlier. hours slept before midnight are golden, you will absolutely notice a difference if you get to bed 1-2 hours earlier even if you sleep your usual amount of hours.

That's a very mean way of correcting that user.
Obviously everybody's body is different so just saying "you need N hours of sleep" isn't right, but having consistent high quality sleep is definitely important.

You should train your body to work on 6 hours of sleep, 6 hours maximum.
Any more than this will enable ignorance and laziness to develop.

>What does biz take to keep their cognitive function up?
2 hours of edging every day using femdom/findom content, even better if live, absolutely NO CUMMING

Woah look at the adult over there. How is waging going?

aderall

>more 6 hours of sleep will enable ignorance and laziness to develop
Not how it works, bud.

How easy is it to get prescribed

IQ peaks at around 24-27 (depending on your specific genetics and lifestyle). IQ is highly correlated to reaction time, which is why you end up feeling slow and dumb when you age, particularly if you don't take care of yourself. It is important that you gain experience, wisdom, good moral structure and proper exercise to offset IQ decline as you age.

>I feel dumb at 24
Probably overwhelmingly lifestyle choices, you are in peak IQ years. Or potentially your intelligence has risen enough to understand that you are dumb, and you merely have to wait for your IQ to start declining again so you can go back to the bliss of ignorance. It takes an IQ of 105-110 to potentially understand that the only smart people are ones with IQ's above 130 (somewhere around 10% of the population)

Silly. It's just like oxygen. By chronically getting insufficient oxygen your brain can creates new oxygen cells to compensate. Keep your spo2 in the 70s for a few days and eventually you can adapt and be just fine satting that low. They make chambers where you can control how much oxygen there is, from there you nitrate based on your numbers.
