Start on a lat pull down machine and do bent over rows. I went from zero to over a dozen in 18 month's time

unless if you are severely over weight just hit the lat pull machine twice a week, bicep curls twice a week, and by the end of the month you'll be doing 8-10 easy. If you are overweight you got to take care of of that first man
