“BEARS aren’t here” he thought. “I’ve never been in this neighbourhood before, but there are no BEARS anywhere”. The cool wind felt good through his thick voluminous mane. “I HATE BEARS” he thought. The Only Way is Up reverberated his entire car, making it pulsate even as the Diet Coke circulated through his powerful thick veins and washed away any (unmerited) fear of bears in the markets. “With a printer, you can make the markets go anywhere you want” he said to himself, out loud.
>HODL he said >Should have listened >it's not too late

Silicon Valley orgs, starting with Alphabet, are moving their core employees to live in corporate "campuses". So long as you tow the line for faux-progressive corporate-communism company "culture", you get great benefits and live like you're a little richer than you actually are based on pay, you're around similarly pleasant, intelligent, brainwashed and horny people all the time and your one child on average will have dyed hair and a fucked up name and no gender identity whatsoever and learn about weaving hemp but grow up to be a paper pusher and prolific social justice blogger. Work from home for Silicon Valley giants is turning into never leave work, walk from your bungalow to your office, and never stop being infused with the "culture". I shit you not, it is some Scientology level stuff. I'm sure you can probably see Alphabet's campuses on their very own Google Maps. So that's not less corporate real estate holdings, that's new corporate real estate holdings including residential and employees renting directly or indirectly from the company they work for. It's the company store scalping people at mines 2.0, but comfy this time and your arigula and tofu sandwich at the diner only costs $70 because it's farm to table and they're paying Google a cut for the privilege to operate on the nice campus for their employees, and they're also paying Google rent themselves!

Is it ever a good idea to buy at open? Or should I wait until near close? I have a limit buy for IVR at 4.50 but it the trend is looking pretty bullish.
