This. If you don't have a stock and entry point you're already eyeballing, best to wait until after the fed announces whatever it's going to announce.
T+2 rule, you can sell unsettled stocks as long as you bought them with settled cash, or used margin.
Don't take it personally dude. The time to buy is when dumb morons aren't buying shit in the stock market when they are buying you should be selling. The fed and their juicing changes things a bit but they'll walk back QE as corporate bond credit spreads go back to normal.
