BTC atm's are legit. Look around in your area if you live in the USA. they are in convenience stores. Store near me has blindspots where the BTC atm is. If you are nervous about your license plate being on video, park your car in a neighbor hood a mile or so away and walk to the store.

It's either that or as someone else said, have a friend do it wit the money you give them, and make sure they are trustworthy and will never testify why they bought the btc if feds come knocking. The safest way is buying it from someone you trust closely and then have them sending it directly to your wallet.
