Tfw have a genuine brilliant idea for a cryptocurrency

>tfw have a genuine brilliant idea for a cryptocurrency
>tfw it will solve a huge problem with crypto and give more confidence to normies to use crypto
>tfw I have to build it myself and I have no idea how to code
Gonna learn from scratch but it’s gonna take a while

Godspeed user.
Solidity is a tricky one.

>billion dollar idea
I'm sure you do pumpkin

You sound like my 3 year old nephew who has a brilliant idea

Thanks fren

The tricky part is whether it will make me personally wealthy, I don’t think it will. Part of what will help the adoption of this particular token will be that I sell 30% very cheaply, and then leave the rest of the supply in a wallet never to be used.

I’m starting to understand why satoshi had to leave his BTC in those wallets. The fake supply gives more incentive to other holders to sell/use the token because they think their’s is just one of many. But he couldn’t use the massive supply because it would hurt the price accumulation. Gets me wondering whether if the US Fed said they were going to print 20 trillion but deliberately lied, whether it would boost the economy during a recession long enough to have a net positive affect. I imagine this affect wouldn’t be as big as for something like BTC back in the first year, but still it’s interesting to think about.

And what would that be?

It’s not a billion dollar idea, but it mitigates the biggest turn off for normies to get into crypto and would create a miniature economy in its own little niche. There is currently no solution to the problem in question and no coin or token that even claims to solve it.

>over 9000 tokens currently
>0 uses for all of them

Rekt

biggest turn off for normies is probably the usability. they don't want to send money to some weird address which they carefully have to check if it's correct, otherwise the money is lost.

the other turn off is the acceptance of crypto. normies buy at amazon, bey, etc. none of the bigger online stores accest crypto, so why bother? especially if you can just use FIAT?

the third turn off would be the volatility, why would they buy bitcoin or crypto in general when they can lose a lot of money?
they don't understand the benefits they get from it.

is your idea a problem solving for one of these?

desu, the biggest benefits of bitcoin right now are
a) buy shady stuff from the darknet
b) hope to make money from the volatility

why else would you buy or use bitcoin? what is the appealing aspect for the normies so it can get mass adoption?

Yes it does! I believe it will 100% solve one of those issues

>I’m an idea guy

You're idea is not revolutionary.

I'm a software engineer and so many morons come up to me so coy to tell me their idea thinking I'm going to steal it. If they the up telling me it's always dumb, useless or has already been done

It’s not revolutionary. It solves a simple problem in crypto and will fill its own little niche with its utility. There is nothing out there that does what the token will do.

>I have an idea for...

Instantly discarded.

Losers have ideas, winners make plans. Cope

so you're gonna verify that the complicated address is actually you want to send to in a simple way/

ADR - addresscoin

Already been done by someone more talented than you

But you should still learn to code

ADDR

volatility problem is solved by stable coins.

acceptance of crypto is somehow already solved by those coins who issue credit cards that enable you to pay with crypto.

so I guess you want to make something that turns your bitcoin address is a more readable format like an email address or a username.

i think unstoppabledomains offers a service like that with their blockchain domain names.

now I'm curious, is it still a new concept or something similar?

>he want to be an "ideas guy" but not do any of the work
lmao

right so then its not new, because all of those problems have already been adressed by coins

sorry user, you should do more research next time

Kek, first you said it was cryptocurrency. Then you said it was a token.
I'd gamble that you have no clue about the difference.
As the others have said newfag, you're too dumb

How tf do you type this out like it's a serious thing?

The idea solves one of those problems, but those solutions you listed are not at all how the token will work. It solves one of those problems in a completely different (and I would argue much better) way

Have these things really been addressed?

I think the biggest problem is the possibility of losing thousands of dollars by a simple misclick/typo.

Has that been solved?

To fulfil its purpose it will need to be used as both retard

>tfw you think learning to code from scratch to pursue your business idea is the best way to build the business
>tfw you don’t understand basic prioritization and resource management and therefore will never actually run a successful business of any type
Manage your time better, OP. There are a million cheap code monkeys in the world who can do that work for you but no you are going to spend literally a year or more of your life to get the same output when you could be spending your time working on areas of the business you have a natural skill set for.

okay. so you have an idea that you think is excellent, but you can't create it. you start at scratch and program it yourself, which could take half a year to years, if you even succeed.

now what are the chances that someone else comes up with the idea and does it faster than you?
it would probably be better for you to partner up with someone and share profits. otherwise your idea will most likely never see the light of the world.

Can masturbating and playing vidya be considered other areas of my business?

Don’t let the faggots on this board discourage you
Start at the beginning, plan and learn as much as you can (everything is at your fingertips through the Internet)
Really even if your idea completely fails you can still get value from it just by learning both skills that will help you in the future and by making a mistake you can take lessons from
Good luck fren

not only has that issue been solved by specific tokens (which i would agree is retarded, doesn't need its own token)

QR codes are a thing nowadays

In all honesty the contract and token will not be very complicated, and once it’s complete there will be no need for further development. I’ll see how I get on but I enjoy working on side projects like this and will enjoy this whether it is successful or not
