Im trying to be as adaptive as possible. From the day trade horizons at 80 vix, to being okay with 2 year holds. Right now Im just not confident in trading this. I'd play more defensively. I'd put about 900k in a dividend portfolio with an avg yield of 6% or as reasonably close to that number as I could. I'd then just fuck around with the remaining $100k. I wouldn't do options betting but I'd use that 100k a lot more actively.
