What scam exactly? There is no written buy/sell contract agreement that does not imply the creator of the token can sell / move his liquidity from the pool. There is not even a law for that. You need to proof this is a scam. You guys got tokens for ETH so you just bought shit very pricey that is all. But at no point there was a guaranty for a high price, or even that the project they are planning to do will work in the long term.
