Jesus Christ Jerome:

Has the US gone full Banana Republic? Not even China went this far, they simply made selling stocks illegal for a couple of weeks. Are you telling me that the US is more incompetent and corrupt than fucking China, the fucking cesspool of the planet?

Actually China didn't even make selling stocks illegal, just shorting them.

We're fucked. If you aren't buying PMs, and crypto (BTC), you're fucked, too.

EU did the same

Shorting should be illegal.

Anyways I have been putting most of my money in crypto lately not because I think it will outperform but because it makes me feel better knowing I'm not contributing to this kikery.

jerome is literally humanities savior.
he is allowing us time to escape the fiat system by providing a soft landing. we can effortlessly transition into crypto

HERTZ IS GOING TO THE MOON
ROBINHOOD ZOOMERS WIN AGAIN

For everyone proclaiming that this is the end or at least the beginning of the end, I would like to remind them to take a look at Japan to see how long this actually can go on.
[hint: seemingly FOREVER]

Bears are people too. You would be punishing smart people by not allowing both trades

With put contracts existing I don’t know why naked shorting is a thing

this, dollars are worthless

Only if you are not the worlds reserve currency, which Japan is not, and their market has stagnated since the started the open purchases, only keeping up with inflation with the USD.
Anyone who uses Japan as a comparison is a literal brainlet.

>the value of crypto is based on the value of fiat
>crypto will be worth something if fiat collapses

>PMs
This
>and crypto (BTC)
This but ironically

looks like lolbertarians can keep losing money shorting the japanese government bond market forever to me

what the fuck? why? it's consumers that run the US economy. we need more trump bux

You know all the big crypto projects have been bought up by major banks, right? I lost the folder with the info graphic but the evidence is pretty compelling. There is no more asset in existence that isn't under the utter control of major banks, except prepper shit like seeds and such that'll only ever become valuable if the whole system collapses (and perhaps it should).

You are even more fucked if your only holdings are PMs and crypto. These assets come after you have a good chunk in large cap stocks, indices ETFs, dividend stocks, dividend ETFs, preferred stocks, preferred stocks ETFs, bonds and REITs.
What you will most likely need in the future is a steady flow of cash income from your investments WITHOUT the need to sell them.
This is something PMs can't provide and so far crypto can't either.
Legal tender (cash) will remain king in our daily lifes longer than we probably are able to anticipate.
If you're set in the above things, then worry about PMs and crypto.
Time will prove you wrong.

they are all just following whatever the market does.

and their economy is basically a flat line where worker do 12h day 6 day a week with lower average pay than Americans

You don't have an account at the Fed, the Fed can't give you money only congress can vote to

You should play the markets anyway and get some money out of the kikery. They're still in control no matter what you do, might as well get a piece of the pie. Take the money you made from their immoral system and use it against them. Take stock profits, buy guns, build army. Shoot them with their own bullshit. I wish all Americans were smart enough to play this game and stockpile.

>muh GDP
>*wheezes in diabeetus*
You only see numbers.
All the while Japan is a first world country with one of the most healthy populace worldwide while USA has devolved into a banana republic of obesity and brainletism.

I could probably fund an army with the money I've lost to them.

Isnt that the same thing?

The value of crypto is based on its ability to function as a medium of exchange. If fiat collapses crypto will be more valuable in this role

Fuck, what pajeetcoin did you gamble on?

So, you really believe there's no consequences to all the money printing and b.s.government intervention.....

That's the exact problem of crypto. How much of it is actually used to be trade for good and how much is daily traded for profits?
Almost none of it is used the first way and until this changes crypto had no backbone to give it value.

>crypto is based on its ability to function as a medium of exchange
so its more worthless than fiat.

I know LTC is used by Philippine maids to transfer money back home

what the fuck is PM

Precious Metals

the fed buys treasury bonds with made up money
now it buys corporate bonds with made up money
soon it'll buy corporate stocks with made up money (it's already the case in japan)

Yes.
