The CSD means absolutely nothing for XCM though. There is zero correlation and if anything, XCM price will drop as people will be selling for euro to invest in the marketplace.

Tangible are launching the worlds first end to end tokenized security. A convertible bond issuance that will support the construction of a 7 double level, units in Asia's premier winter destination, Niseko, Japan, which we call 'BaseCamp'.
Structure
TGBL2YR bond, returning 5% pa, maturing in 2 years. Interest paid daily on your CoinMetro platform. Available mid July, soft cap €600k, hard cap €2.5Mil.
Just prior to construction completion in October 2021, bond holders will have the option to swap into an equity like 'growth' token(BCGT). this opens the holder to potentially higher gains from rental revenues, projections up to 12%, and capital gains, without the liabilities and responsibilities traditionally associated with property ownership.
Depending on the level of capital invested, investors will receive a use token (BCUT). This grants annual free nights stays at Base Camp.

€20k or 1% - 2 Nights
