Taking a loan and leaving the country

Are there any legal ramifications if I take out a 20k-100k loan and skipping the country and never coming back? I can easily marry a girl in a third world country and get citizenship eventually. What would happen if I took a loan and just left and never ever came back? Is it possible or even worth it?

chad move. do it.

nothing unless youre a US citizen. the US government wants you to pay taxes even if you live on mars

Any possible issues?

I live in the US. so what would happen if I did it? I can just leave when corona ends with my loan and I never have to come back if I get married which I have a girl already willing just trying to figure out what may happen

You'll get expelled from your destination country back to the us.

Bullshit u serious? Over a loan? Bullshit

My buddies father took out a 50k loan and moved to indonesia. He had put the house in his sons name. They would call the house up and the son would answer, taunting them, saying yea youre neeeeever gonna get your money back.

depends on the country I imagine, the EU probably would send you back in extradition and numerous other countries, I doubt Russia would but they might, sometimes they work with the US.

Based son

Same guy got tax rebate checks from the government for years without deserving them, never reported it, never had to pay them back.

the government is imaginary

Based fuck jews

According to google absolutely nothing would happen except bad credit for a decade then you can even come back because statue of limitations is about 10 years

Theoretically you could get a fraud charge for intentionally taking a loan you didnt plan to pay back if they managed to prove intent, or if you lied about what the money is for. If you say youre renovating your house and then spend it on asian hookers and coke, thats fraud.

Think of the luxury "prison" they would send you to, where you get to play tennis in the afternoons

When you apply for citizenship, you go through medical & criminal background checks. Other than the ethical problem with what you're proposing, think about the fact that you're becoming a criminal, moving to a 3rd world country, and for what? $20k? Jesus Christ the stupidity

I dont want anything to do with prison desu, rather an hero than face 6 months in low.

There are some things worse than death, like being on the other side of the bars at the gorilla exhibit at the zoo.

That seems like such a small amount to throw away your citizenship for. Just work overtime for a couple months to save up 20k and then leave. At least then you'll know you can always return should circumstances change enough that it's worth considering. Any 3rd world er you marry will be disappointed to find out you're a burger but can never return because you took a small loan in bad faith and ran. I can pretty much guarantee you won't be making 75k usd/yr somewhere like Malaysia or Columbia.

You can take a loan and just not pay. Declare bankrupt and after 7 years you are ok but never expect to get another loan or approved for a mortgage ever again. I would start in SK. They only require a degree and you can easily save 1.25k USD a month and still eat out and travel every weekend as long as you don't pay for sex and buy other people drinks.

I used to think it was better being rich in a poor country but its actually better being poor in a rich country man. In third world countries people will kill you if they know you have money. Google flying farangs.

Go to south america. Have a child with a local in Brazil. Once that happens you won't be deported, as long as u look after the kid i guess

Lol those are drunken tards falling over, the railings on balcony’s there are made for short people that’s why taller euros fall easily mixed with alcohol

You won’t go to jail for it
Fuck no Brazil is a shit hole
Lol you don’t get citizenship revoked

>Fuck no Brazil is a shit hole
Well enjoy being extradited back to the US when they want their money back

Hey pussy boy that’s not how it works

Ignore silly niggers, you're dealing with low IQ normal fags.

I could retire on $100,000; you need to know what you're doing and get your living costs below $250 month (Use $15,000 to buy a house to live in, in a safe nice city; DON'T PAY GRINGO PRICES).

Make sure to make at least 3 payment on the debt then wait for it to hit statue of limitations before returning to the US.

DON'T OPEN AN OVERSEAS BANK ACCOUNT, deal in cash and set up a small business or buy and rent out some properties.

You can't be a brainlet to do this, no retarded spending untill you have a solid business.

Go for South East Asia or South America, DO NOT GO TO EUROPE as the legal systems there are simple there and your creditors will easily claim your assets.

Who said he would, dipshit? Still fucked with citizenship or not in this situation.

No, not really, considering it's a few year credit hit, and that's it.

Just know it'll fuck you up for a while if you fail and have to move back.

Also, buy some Kleros.

ah, the new american dream.
Do you have a country in mind? with that information i/we could help you better. But for the most, avoid countries with good U.S relation. I've meet some motherfuckers who did the same and now have new families and business
