>Why dmg can AND WILL moon: - 8.5m assets under management +2m private raise - backed by huobi, coinbase, trust wallets (want to implement mAssets) - back by Tim draper (og investor) - Aragon pump 2x cause of his investment - fits current trend: defi+ Dao (look at COMP) $20 -> $130 - chainlink cult +Zig Forums shill - going to launch mEth (savings account for ETH) - dmg used for excess revenue (loans are all overcollateralised), voting/staking new assets, token bur - Coinbase and Huobi will list DMG. Other top exchanges will follow - Big partnerships: Chainlink, Loopring, etc
Not quite a killer; barely even competition. DMG will give COMP holders something to model after for their proposals. Governance tokens will all try to look like DMG’s token at launch. The most elegantly decentralized revenue token model I’ve since Etheroll and its a way better proposition than that dice game. .

I like to think of it as maker DAO except depositing real assets instead of ETH, and a very attractive rate of interest on savings. Of course the stablecoins that dmm produces would be an excellent collateral for Maker DAO as the underlying assets are not correlated to crypto.

sirs it is with excitement i have to saying that i have almost all of the village in on this one. !
we are going to be so bigly rich it will be needful to bringing tuk tuks to the bank to unload !
it is truly big return token. it is making you rich ,, and super quick!
I can't see why a business model which lends money using cars as collateral would be a good idea, especially if you consider the fact that a second wave is not only possible but likely.
I see a lot of hype in your DMM thread, as well as constant shill threads (please limit those to 7-8 per day), but not much substance behind it. The 'we're using chainlink' meme is just that - nothing more than using oracles to ascertain price.
The shilling feels very pajeety and forced. "I'm getting 2017 ETH vibes", "easily 1B market cap", and the stiff and unnatural posts in those threads is very forced.
If you have information I don't (which you haven't brought up in the DMM threads) then let me know but currently it feels like it's just putting a segment of a shady business onto a coin so that you have the 'real life application' box ticked, followed by a pn

This guy knows what's up.
DMG is just starting out and almost no one knows much about the protocol. While Compound has seen over $350m in deposit in the last 3 days alone.
Watching how protocols use their token and watching tokenomics evolve over time is excited. This excites me.

this is another tim draper dump scam coin. no one invested in this. team lied about supply. shady people

It's a business model which already exists profitably in the real world. The value proposition is straightforward. The advantage of using crypto tokens is it makes the system much easier to interact with at low dollar values and it reduces paperwork and operational costs. Loan backed financial instruments are very common but small investors can't really get any upside from them in traditional financial markets because of regulations and overhead.

Exactly, satsgang and gemhunters are shilling this on biz to get as big of a return on uniswap before the June 22nd public sale dump.

Screenshot yourself for yourself if you like holding on to pain.

uniswap price skyrocketed for a second there.

This is unironically going to be huge, isn't it?

Guys, wtf? I just went to the local auto dealership as I was looking to trade-in my junker and buy a 2017 Toyoto Corolla. Well I get to the dealership and the guy goes through the whole spiel of my junker basically only being worth $300 and he’d have to sell it for parts. I’ve been through this before but the dealer said there was something he could do to squeeze out a few grand, if I was willing to go through with signing some papers. Naturally I was pretty curious so he took me inside the trailer and started telling me about this DMM(?) company and how they basically take pink slips and pretend to loan these cars out to people on the blockchain internet. They apparently offer a guaranteed interest rate of like 5 or 6% to these deluded internet nerds and, he started laughing as he tells me all of the paperwork is fully redacted so no one can even verify the contents of the loan! I’m thinking this is pretty sketchy but he eventually talked me into it, and that’s how I sold my 1998 Ford Windstar for $3300.
