Tfw already off grid but havent made it yet.
Personally, I have plans to move to the Ozarks in AR. Land is dirt cheap and much of it is quite unregulated. Plus there are already tons of preppers and homesteaders to network with in the area. And fellow racists as well.
I'm a math professor in a small college town
The university is pozzed as fuck and the pay is shit compared to private industry, but once I get tenure I'm going to be impossible to fire and I'll spend 99% of my time on my homestead
>detroit
>off-grid
RV?
That's pretty comfy. Tenured college professor is one of the few ways you can make having a an institutional career and homestead work
Having a realestate investment that's completely paid off would be a good place to start. My fiance and I are planning to buy a quadplex with an FHA loan after we get married and put every penny we can from both our full time jobs (total around 80k a year) into paying it off, which should be done within 5 years with the rent from the other 3 units. After that its straight profit from 4 renters, which can easily finance an off-grid lifestyle.
That's a very unique way of developing sustainable Value Income. Speaking of which VID.camera achieved it backing the decentralized campaigning moment in collaboration with worldwide business. After all, it's all about engagement and sustainable development progress.
you should consider the Ozarks in Southern Missouri. Less regulations on home construction and better home schooling laws.

When in doubt buy more land
Yep, also my strategy (buying a quadplex)
I may be stuck with AR, but I will start looking there as well because you are not the first person to tell me this.
You convinced me
Thoughts on Arizona?
Nice for the next 10 years. After the southern basin of the Colorado River is drained by agriculture in California, not so much. Gov't won't do anything about it till they have to evacuate Phoenix, though. screenshot this ;)
What about East of Tucson?
I was planning on buying a house or two after real estate tanks and renting them out. Also will probably continue to work on bringing my product to market.
Nice. How much AAVE do I need to do this within 2 years?
Hell if you hit it rich you could have a SHTF bunker in the mountains that is incredible. Buy LINK. Lol That's what I would do
Someone tell him
>SHTF bunker
Exactly.
Checked and Ozark is a killer show.
>Damnit Marty
Earthen home
Based.
How do I do this in Australia?
If you don’t mind living in a cave there are those old opal mines. The name escapes me
Coober Pedy
i want to start off with 10 acres of olive trees/nut trees
It's called SSI, RETARD. $750 A MONTH PLUS FOOD STAMPS IS ENOUGH MONEY FOR YOUR STUPID LARP
What's your deal?
