Which ways do you save money?
>cut wifi and TV/gaming subscriptions
>unplug everything thats not in use
>eat cheap at home
>dont take any vacations that require you to fly
>drink in the line instead of buying drinks inside
Financial autism
I piss in the toilet multiple times before I ever flush. My water bill averages $30 a month. I only buy food at Kroger and everything else at dollar tree (even my toothpaste and deodorant is $1 each). I re use plastic utensils. I have lived off of rice, beans, and oil for weeks at a time. I’m still using a Britta filter bottle at least 100 fill ups past what is recommended to change it.
(((They))) really did a number on you both. F
Put all your effort in making more money
The good
>only buy new cell phone every 3 or 4 years
>use phone as hotspot to avoid internet bill
>dont have a tv or any subscriptions
>dont take vacations
>rarely/never go out to drink, smoke or use drugs
>rarely buy clothes or shoes (been wearing the same clothes basically for 5 years)
>never go on dates
>buy in bulk or on sale
The bad
>spend too much on food, usually $100+ a week because I like fresh red meat
>take a lot of risks and sometimes lose thousands on dumb crypto gambles
>sometimes end up paying late fees on bills because I get lazy
>life sucks sometimes because I'm so unwilling to go out and spend like a normalfag
I use survey junkie and have store memberships
Only a capitalist piece of shit boomer pedophile Trump supporter would shame people for being frugal.
This, penny pinching is for poors. Instead of spending hours a week figuring out how to save $1k a year you should use that time to figure out how to make another 100k
god i miss these old threads
bump for kneepads
I cannot understand how people spend too much money.
When I made less money, I lived in an apartment building full of crack heads, because I was poor and that's where I needed to be. I still had wifi, Netflix, tv, and cooked whatever I wanted. Wanted for nothing.
Now my wife and I earn a bit more, and the only difference to my life is that I live in a home with no crack heads screaming throughout the night. We literally go to the mall and walk around brainstorming things we could buy, and fail every time, because what the fuck do we need? Honestly, what the fuck can I buy that will make my life better, after I've had a good meal and already have furniture and a computer and a fridge? We can never think of anything to buy so we just go home disappointed and do some gardening or she fucks me with her strap on or we just read books or something.
What the fuck do you spend money on that makes you happy and costs a significant amount???
Based minimalist
>or we just read books or something
what a cuck
all real men watch TV
I used a 15 year old Nokia dumphone until last summer.
>kneepads
Finally the best Zig Forums meme can make a comeback.
Just buy second hand.
>2nd clothing off of ebay - levis jeans for 10$ instead of 100$
>2nd phone - almost for free, because many relatives have like 3 usable phones in their drawer
>2nd hand electronics in general - literally 75% cheaper
>keep monthly charges to an absolute minimum, no payment plans, cheapest telecommunication, no senseless subscriptions to entertainment buisenesses
Save up to 300$ per month
The thing that helped me the most was moving to a smaller, shittier apartment. I save $500 a month automatically now
I recently turned gay. Doubled my wardrobe for free :^)
don't have friends
>steal wifi
>drive electric scooter
Imagine fallin g for the toothpaste and deodorant Jew
The thing that helped me the most was moving to a shittier apartment, now I automatically save $500/month
This. All the wealthy people I know aren't penny pinchers, they just make a lot of money and save most of it.
Don't get me wrong, living frugally is based, but try to think of your time in terms of money. If you make $40/ hour then a good "Investment" to sometimes get food delivery, take a cab instead of walking etc.
I'm a lot more focused on minimizing my time wasted and optimizing my productivity than minimizing my spending.
stealing wifi usually results in theft of your personal data, at least if you're in a densely populated area. Having your own secure network is beyond worth it.

I feel the same way
> cycle to work
> shower at work 4 times a week
> haven't gone abroad in 15 years
> buy clothes at charity shops
> buy food that is tax free
> wait for everything to go on sale
> spend hours looking for discount codes
> pay as you go phone, entry level Android paid outright
> use friends ex boyfriend's netflix
> don't pay TV licence, download stuff illegally
> use public libraries
the old adage was that younger people shouldn't worry about debt when you're young because your money will go up as your career goes on. but these days.. who fucking knows. i could see myself working this customer service job for another decade or two.
I wore underwear until they were reduced to shreds and I started getting rashes. Some of my shirts are over 20 years old.
based. zero waste lifestyle best. hours looking for coupon codes excessive though.
Drive a Toyota Camry that's 10 years old
Bought it when I had a low income and never felt the need to upgrade when I made good money
At this point I get off on the consoomers telling me I need to buy a new car or asking what do I spend all my money on since I don't spend on needless bullshit. One time I tried to tell a girl I was with that I don't gain pleasure from spending money on useless junk. What's the point of spending 600$ a month to lease a "nice" car? What am I going to roll up to the beach and pick up young sluts in it? Never.
I'd much rather put my money towards investments into my self through honing my skills or into financial investments that can provide monetary gains towards my future.
Don't think it really stuck with her but I respect her ability to pretend like she understood my autism
based
>no internet/tv service. Only the cheapest phone plan. Never watch tv or porn because of this limitation, which is based
>piss in the toilet multiple times until the stench is absolutely unbearable
>shower once a week, preferently with cold water
>reeducate the body to eat less but better food
>don't turn the lights on unless it's absolutely necessary, learn the shape of your apartment/house so you can travel it by memory during the night
>and do some gardening or she fucks me with her strap
fucking kek
It's easy to sell actual values to women as long as you spin it so they can feel superior to others. Of course women are not actually virtuous.
>"Ah jeez man I dunno about that game aaah yeaahh dunno man we can play minecraft though?"
>"Nah can't make it out sorry super busy"
